Dollis Minimus is holding a beauty pageant! Welcome to Miss Doll Canada. I'd like to thank Kristi and Bronnie for allowing me to copy their "MDA".
I am currently accepting entries for ONTARIO and ALBERTA only. You may reserve a spot for one of the other provinces by e-mailing me at dollisminimus@lycos.com (subject line: "MDC Reservation") with your name, e-mail and the province you would like to reserve.
Each Province will hold a contest and people will vote on the one which will represent that province. In the finals, the winning dolls from each province will compete to be crowned Miss Doll Canada.
- You DO NOT have to live in the province to make a doll to represent it. In other words, if you live in Ontario, you can make a doll for Nova Scotia.
- You DO NOT have to live in the country to make a doll to represent a province. In other words, if you live in Australia, you can make a doll for any of the above provinces. Many of the participants are not Canadian.
- You may enter more than one province, as long as they are not accepting entries at the same time. For instance, if Ontario and Alberta are accepting entries at the same time, you cannot enter both. You must choose Alberta or Ontario.
- Once you have won a provincial spot, you may not enter anymore.
- You must have four versions of your doll: the formal wear, the swimsuit, and the casual wear, and to add another dimension, the pyjama outfit!
- The doll may be made on any base.
- The doll may be a .GIF, .JPG, .JPEG, or .BMP (Please keep in mind that all .BMP will be converted to .GIF and I am not responsible for slight changes this may cause in the image.)
- No frankendolling or cheating. Obviously.
- No nudity or pornography.
- You must own a website. I will not make an award for no reason.
- Please send all entries to dollisminimus@lycos.com by July 25, 2002 with:
- Your Name
- Your Doll's Name
- The Province she represents
- Your E-Mail
- Your URL
- A little paragraph describing your doll's personality and the clothes she is wearing.
